Any qualified fitness professional can walk into virtually any gym in the country and point out significant form flaws in the vast majority of exercisers, regardless if they are beginners or have been working out for years. How Movement Affects the way your Body Feels and Functions

     The human body is designed for movement, but more and more people live sedentary lives where they often spend long periods of time in the same position, such as sitting in front of a computer. This lack of movement results in people experiencing more aches and pains than they should and it prematurely decreases the functional capability of your body. You have probably heard the saying “if you don’t use it, you lose it,” well this is certainly true for movement and your body.
